Our trip packages are NOT À la carte. Therefore, you cannot pick and choose options on our itinerary to pay separately because our packages are already set at fixed rates based on our contract with the travel vendors providing us these services for large groups and cannot be adjusted.
CAN I FLY/DRIVE DIRECTLY TO THE DESTINATION AND MEET UP WITH THE GROUP THERE?

Many that travel with us live out of state, or just prefer to fly/drive, in that event they make their own personal flight arrangements and just meet up with us there.

We are volunteers NOT travel agents, NOT brokers, NOR receive commissions. We coordinate these trips for you out of 'love for neighbor'; therefore not working for profit means you will be simply paying the cost of the trip and coordinating expenses. We organize these trips for our JW family and persons of interest because our sole desire is to help ALL visit Jehovah’s house and have up-building association. That’s priceless!

Trips are non-cancellable or non-refundable but are transferable to another traveler. In the event you are having an unforeseen occurrences we will do our best to find the best solution for your situation. In the event that the bus minimum of passengers are not met to execute a trip, the trip will be postponed or cancelled and full refunds of payments made excluding non-refundable booking deposit(s) will be issued within 30 days of notice; This would also apply in the event if a trip gets cancelled due to a national disaster or unforeseen occurrence from our vendors.
