A1 Bethel Trips - Trip Terms Policy and Agreement Waiver

PLEASE READ IN IT’S ENTIRETY. AGREEMENT TERMS: All prices are based on 52 passengers of a full bus and if not met, your rate will increase based  on how many travelers are booked at the time of departure. Trips packages are not à la carte,  adjustable, non-cancellable or non-refundable but are transferable to another traveler(s). If you break  your commitment and back out of the trip you will still be responsible for your full payment due at  required due dates unless you have transferred your booking to someone else. The individual booking the trip in behalf of others are responsible for  explaining all these terms in this agreement to your entire party to ensure that they too understand the no refund/cancellation policy; if someone listed on your booking should be billed separately please have  them complete their own Registration Booking form to ensure they understand our terms. If there is a possibility that anyone in your group may have to cancel after booking because of unforeseen  occurrences, it is advisable that you secure travelers insurance on your own before booking due to no refunds, no cancellation policies. Therefore, all parties involved should think carefully before committing to something that we may be unable to fulfill. (Ecc. 5:2) It would be advantageous to count the cost and "Just let your word 'Yes' mean yes”. (Luke 14:28; Matt. 5:37*)  A1 Bethel Trips offers travel coordination services to travelers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of  travel services. A1 Bethel Trips does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. (E.g. bus charters, hotels, tours, etc.) Hence, travelers agrees that A1 Bethel Trips acts only for the travelers benefit in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, and  other privileges; and on the express condition that A1 Bethel Trips shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the  arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith. Quoted trip rates are based on a full bus of 52 passengers. In the possibility of the bus not filling up the trip rate packages will increase between $50-$100 per person, the exact amount of the increase can only be determined if and when this circumstances arises. The rate increased will based on how many seats are booked at that time.  In the event that the bus minimum of 40 passengers are not met to execute a trip, the trip will be postponed or cancelled; refunds of payments made (excluding non-refundable $25 booking deposits) will be issued within 45 days of notice. In the event that the bus minimum of passengers are not met to execute a trip, the trip will be postponed or cancelled; refunds of payments excluding booking deposit(s) made will be issued.  This would also apply in the event if a trip gets cancelled due to a national disaster or unforeseen occurrence from our vendors, refunds will be provided excluding booking deposit(s). Our intention for coordinating these trips is not-for-profit, we are volunteers that receive no commissions; have very busy theocratic & secular schedules, so we ask that you respect our time when needing to contact us we will try our best to get back with you ASAP but please note most questions can be addressed by visiting our website FAQ or Booking pages.
